Born in Mumbai yet brought up, buttered, cheesed and raised in Goa, having lived my life mostly in Goa, the Middle East and now in the land down under, in Melbourne.
I have learnt my culinary skills from my beloved mother and have tried from time immemorial to stick to the Goan tradition of cooking without any compromise; whether in Oz or any where in the world, where I cook. Sorpotel, Xacutti, Goan sausages and Cafreal are my forte and you are guaranteed to find no better of these dishes anywhere else in Melbourne. Sorpotel is our Forte and you will not find a better made sorpotel in Melbourne. !!

I'm a home maker with love. So, cooking is my passion and priority and has always been!
I enjoy working with my husband towards the same goal.
Apart from assisting in office work I am proud to be a Goan and be involved in Goan cuisine. Although I do cook continental dishes like meat loaf, my speciality, I do involve in Goan cooking.
You can be assured of my husband's competancy.
Our's is a family business, and food is our passion! We have grown up with Goan food and therefore we love every bit of it and it's traditional cuisine.
Having seen around and missed this Goan flavour, we have ventured into this arena of Goan cuisine. We like Goan food and want to share our expertise with others here in Melbourne, and with Goans & Konkans in particular.
